Uses

Bioactive Terrariums: These pods provide shelter, enrichment, and additional surfaces for isopods and springtails to colonize. As they gradually decompose, they contribute organic material to the substrate while encouraging natural foraging and exploration behaviors.

Aquarium Preparation
Boil: Boil the pods for at least 15 minutes to help remove initial tannins and begin the waterlogging process.
Soak: Place the pods in clean water and soak overnight or longer, replacing the water daily as needed until they become fully waterlogged and the desired tannin level is reached.
Ready to Use: Once the pods naturally sink and the water reaches your preferred coloration, they are ready to be added to the aquarium.
